Mission : coordinates and seeks to build up academic cooperation with various educational institutions, private and public sectors, as well as both national and international organizations. OIR is also committed to create international activities such as Exchange Program for students and academic staff engaged in teaching & learning, research, culture exchange, training, and internship, in order to strengthen the good relations between the institutions.
