Vice President – International Affairs, Mrs. Chinda Tejavanija Chang attended the special event and dinner reception to congratulate His Excellency Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea to the Kingdom of Thailand – H.E. Noh Kwang-il and his spouse – Mrs. Oh Chung wha on the occasion of the National Day of the Republic of Korea on October 3, 2016 at the Grand Ballroom, Shangri – La Hotel, Bangkok.
