เพื่อให้นักศึกษารู้สึกได้ถึง ความมั่นใจ ความปลอดภัย และมีความสุข ศูนย์กิจกรรมพัฒนานักศึกษาและชุมชนสัมพันธ์ ร่วมสร้างเครือข่ายความร่วมมือกับชุมชนและหอพักโดยรอบมหาวิทยาลัยศรีปทุม จัดทีมลงพื้นที่ตรวจเยี่ยมและติดตามผลหอพักที่เข้าร่วมโครงการหอพักสีขาว จำนวน 20 หอพัก ซึ่งเป็นหนึ่งในกิจกรรมของเครือข่ายภาคกลางตอนบน พร้อมกันนี้ได้รวบรวมข้อมูลหอพักเพื่อให้บริการกับผู้ปกครองและนักศึกษาที่ต้องการใช้บริการหอพักใกล้มหาวิทยาลัย

Student Development and Community Relations Activity Center Joins in creating a network of cooperation with the community and dormitories surrounding Sripatum University by arranging a team to visit and follow up on the results of 20 dormitories participating in the White Dormitory Project, which is one of the activities of the upper central region network.
